My package was left at the front door when I was not home. Even my front door have 2feet of cover front, the delivery guy just throw it to the front door without leaving it under the cover. It was little raining on Friday so the evolope and book were all soaked. There was no any plastic to cover either the package or the book. What can you do ?

We received the two IDs & booklets in time but there were two mistakes: 1) you missed to put the apartment number in my girlfriend's ID & booklet (but this is okay) 2) you put FEMALE as my sex instead of MALE (which is NOT okay)... Will this create a problem with authorities?

When you fill an application You fill this exact as printed on Your order. Confirmation email was forwarded to You. You receive same email when application was completed. I did not get any requests for correction of application, That is why it was printed as filled. Application with incorrect sex had to be reprinted. You had to pay small reprinting fee for reprinting this application and shipping fee for the delivery it to You. I will send You all information by email.

Superb. But you guys charged me more than agreed upon. US$ 444.51 instead of 43.56. Also, I did not know you are from Canada only because you had a New York address also. Due to that my charge card charged me another 3% as foreign transaction that could have been avoided if you mentioned that, Any way I am satisfied with your service.

You misstyped: US$44.51 - not 444.51
Our main office located in Canada and we can charge only in Canadain dollars now. We working on this and we will process in US dollars soon. That is why on card entering page we have a sign about amount and currency that will be charged to customers card.

This morning, I checked and tracked my license status via http://www.canadapost.ca. and status of my licence still in transit (not yet delivered) but when I reached my office, my college gave me envelope that she received yesterday and inside is my driving license?? How can??
